This assignment is a weekly log for you to keep track of and get credit for doing workouts for our physical fitness class. You will need to complete 100 minutes per week.
This week I want you to do 1 Full Body (Level 1 or Level 2) and 1 Speed & Agility (Level 1 or Level 2). We will continue doing both of these workouts each week for the next few weeks. If you choose to do a 3rd workout choose either Full Body or Speed & Agility.
I would like you to complete the 100 Planks SOSOS workout at least once this week.
You now have learned quite a few additional fitness exercises during our course that you can use in your weekly log along with your Level 1 & Level 2 workouts. Remember to use these exercises to give your weekly workouts variety and to challenge your body with a diverse fitness routine. These exercises include:
I would like you to cut and paste the “log template” below and use it when you hand in your weekly log assignment. The log template is for 7 days but you can cut it down to 3 days or any amount of days if that is what you choose to do for a particular week. You will need to put in the specific day, exercise/drill completed and total time in minutes.
