100 Planks SOSOS is a ab workout that utilizes exercises out of the plank position. You might find this more difficult than the 100 Crunches that you practiced earlier in the semester.
Please refer to the YouTube page link below. This describes in detail the techniques needed to perform each exercise and modifications to each exercise that you might need if it is too difficult for you.

SOSOS stands for the first letter of each exercise. Remember these 5 letters so you can complete this plank workout without needing to utilize the video.
S – Shoulder touch
O – Opposite
S – Spider
O – On the floor
S – Shoulder to knee
