house renting, food, school, and medical, it will make them stress and depressed. Then they start thinking about drinking alcohol, smoking, or even do something bad. I agree with Rutger Bregman because people with low
income will easy get angry and upset about their lives, then it will lead them to multiple illness such as overweight, cancer or death. Low income is always the main concern to them. So I believe that Rutger Bregman is right

There are some strategies for improving leisure participation for people with low income such as doing some physical activities and improving education. People with low income should participate in some physical
activities such as fishing, jogging, and camping to help reduce the stress from work. Meditation is also a good choice for them to refresh their mind and pain muscle from overworking. They also should try to get higher
degree to improve their lives and they can become a good example for their children to follow.

According to Rutger Bregman, folks experiencing poverty often make poor choices that lead to worse outcomes because of their scarcity mentality due to their socioeconomic status. I agree, I grew up in a poor enthronement and I can attest
to the fact that a lot of our decisions are loosely influenced because we don’t have anything to back it up with. In a 2011 study from the journal gambling studies mentioned that poor people lead in ticket sales for lottery. They are “more
inclined to buy tickets because they were so close'” It also mentioned that poor people make financial decisions based on potential winnings. I totally agree with Rutger Bergman on this.
