The project needs a prototype site that works within
11 weeks with no difficulties.
Cost objectives:
The company offered a $50,000 budget on the
prototype website.
Based on our tasks, we chose employees who’s specialized
on their expertise.
OUR STRATEGY
– Since we had a few issues on the previous runs such as
delay, and absences.
– We wrote some notes and scheduled meeting and we
came up with an idea, which was assigned employees who
will be available to get the task done with the exact quality.
Activity durations:
– We check on every activity in the task list and the resource
plan, estimate how long it will take to be done.
– The list of resources showed every assigned task within a
specific time.
