Create an adult client or choose an existing adult person (real or a celebrity). Identify a topic for behavior modification (examples include anger management, alcohol and other drug addiction, lying, violent/aggressive behavior, stealing, gambling, shopping, exercising, eating, pornography, social media, etc.). Describe the behavior of your client and associated symptoms. Include describing what this behavior looks like; why it is a problem; who this problem impacts (including personal, familial, social, vocational, religious, etc.) and how? Using your notes, develop a plan to modify your client’s behavior (include at least 4 techniques from your classroom materials). Describe the plan and your client’s progress in detail. Provide charts/graphs detailing the progression (or lack) of your client. Detail the final outcome of your client in this process. Was your plan a success? Did the behavior increase, decrease, or remain the same? How does your client behave post intervention?
