The money back guarantee gives the customer the opportunity to request a refund in the scenarios below.

If the request cannot be assigned to any of the categories, the customer can inform the support team to discuss the nature of the problem and the request will be processed.

The following guidelines should be considered when a customer decides to cancel the order:

  • The customer will be compensated 100% if no writer was hired before the order was canceled.
  • If the customer cancels the order after the appointment of a publisher, the amount compensated may not exceed 70% to do justice to the efforts of the company and the publisher.
  • If the customer decides to cancel the order after the appointment of a copywriter and more than half of the period, he is entitled to compensation of 50%.
  • NOTE: In the event of a cancellation of the order, all copyrights go back to the company and the customer cannot use any of the products or projects released before the cancellation.
  • Compensation for delays in delivery, which is calculated separately, is due to the customer in the event of a delay in the delivery of a product according to the original deadline and delay time.
  • The amount paid for long-term orders (14 days or more) is 7%.
  • The customer cannot be compensated for delays if:
  • The customer’s actions are the cause of the delay. This results in a delay in payment, a delay in the provision of sources or information necessary for the execution of an order.
  • The delay was due to technical difficulties with the internet service provider, the browser or system malfunctions of the customer.
  • The customer has granted an extension of the deadline, which means that he has given additional time to complete the order voluntarily and without compensation.
  • The customer must contact the support team within two months of completing the order to submit a claim.
  • The billing department will contact the customer five days after checking the request by phone or email.
  • For the proper handling of complaints, our representative reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information.
