1.Graphic displays used for every type of data or report. It makes data better understanding, but has some disadvantages to its advantages. The advantages of graphical representation of data consist of, less cost, better decision-making, logical ideas, helpful for better understanding, and comparative analysis. For the decision-making aspect, the grass can be viewed to make a quick decision which would be more timely for a regular report. Since it is more timely it cost less money to use these graphical representations. Logical ideas coexist with graphical representation because they represent information and a logical sequence to make the idea clear to the audience. There are also typically less mistakes made because they are exhibited through numerical figures tables and graphs.

Disadvantages of graphical representation of data is that there is a lack of secrecy, graphical representation makes the full presentation of information that may cause issues with keeping a secret with the objective. It could also be difficult for people to understand because graphical representation involves various technical matters which are complex.

it is important to present raw numbers along with graphic displays, percentage, and raise when presenting research findings, because it allows people with different types of understanding to come together and know what the research outcome is. Some people have graphical learning, or learn by numbers visually. So, having different methods of the answer can be beneficial for the whole audience understand.

I believe it is important to present raw numbers with displays, percentages, and rates. This will give an accurate breakdown of the information when it is presented. This will ensure that all bases are covered, and the audience understands the data during the presentation.
