This is where the HR representatives play a pivotal role. According to the Change Management Survey conducted by SHRM* in 2007, only 23% organizations have a dedicated HR team who work on change management and change models stress on the need for dedicated change management teams. The top management rolls out the change management process through the HR department and if they are able to assess the need for change, set the stage for the change, help in implementation and then review the sustainability of the model, the organization gains the agility that ultimately trickles down to the employees (Sjoerd,Schalk & freese 2013). Hence, a more efficient HR team that acts as the bridge between the employees and the top management is also an outcome of the change process.(can you rewrite above paragraph and remove unwanted lines )
