Organizational culture is a shared set of belief and values within an organization. In passive/defense cultures, members are defensive in their actions. I think this would be part of a legitimate power. They try to defend themselves in the fact that they try to use their “powers” to control one’s behavior. I would think that constructive culture is like how Herb Kellher runs Southwest Airlines. His members are encouraged to work together in ways that meet higher order human needs. In aggressive/defensive culture, I would best relate that to the supervisor in the navy from the article we read a few weeks back (I can not recall his name). He was very forceful in his interactions with his subordinates in his company. WHATS ARE YOUR TOUGHTS ON THIS STSTEMENT? DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE.100 WORDS OR MORE NO FORMATR NEEDED
