From director of HR:Please compose a memo  for me to review to send to all employees making them aware of this change. NOTE FROM IT MANAGER:”I added a rule the SAMPLE.COM email setup to flag any attachment that contains an executable file or that might contain an executable hidden in a zip. It does more than just look at the extension to determine if a file is executable. For instance it will catch a .DOC file that is actually an EXE.  Any attachment that is identified as bad will be put in the user’s JUNK mail folder with  [WARNING POSSIBLE MALWARE!!!!] prepended to the subject line. If anyone complains of a missing email or attachment this is likely what happened to it. Hopefully it’s a good first line of defense. There is an option to just downright delete these emails, but I decided to let them go to Junk right now, until we are sure it is not working TOO good.”
