In an organizational context where much work gets accomplished with teams, developing team effectiveness is a critical action to support organizational success. Leaders at ABC International (a hypothetical company) have grown concerned with work team effectiveness when measured using some of the indicators discussed by Wang et al. (2014). In a 4 – 6 page paper, analyze key issues affecting team effectiveness in the current global environment, including both barriers and opportunities.
