Champlain College Healthcare Setting Discussion Describe a healthcare setting that you have personally seen or experienced where a measurement activity should be conducted to improve a specific aspect of the healthcare delivery or services provided. Propose a measurement approach to address the need to quantify and assess the setting that you are describing. Be as specific and detailed as possible – think of this as a summary of a measurement plan for a specific setting. I would recommend that you keep the focus fairly narrow in terms of the setting or circumstances so that it is easier to communicate the specifics to your colleagues. Also consider the table on page 96 of the text; is data for the topic of your proposed measurement currently available to the public. If so, discuss any additional resources which might help guide your measurement plan. Sponsor
