The purpose of the paper is then to adequately present your opinion on a given topic. Your opinion should be presented along with supporting reasoning and examples that clearly show how you arrive to your thinking. TOPIC: I am giving you two topic options for this paper and each option comes with an article to begin your thinking process.

Topic 2: Is a central government able to efficiently make education decisions for schools across the country?

I have created a folder in this module with two sources to help your thinking/writing process. Each article is labeled as belonging to either topic 1 or topic 2. In addition to this source, find a second source that supports your opinion point.

STRUCTURE: Use a basic essay structure starting with an introduction, presenting at least 4 major supporting points, and closing with a conclusion.
