Writing Assignment
The southern states that border Mexico has a significant problem dealing with the influx of illegal aliens crossing the border daily. Arizona reports that at least 1200 persons illegally cross the border daily. There are people from South America, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia that are crossing the southern border as well as the Mexican citizens. There are many diseases that could enter this country and start spreading among the population as these illegal aliens come into contact with other persons in this country.
What concerns should the United States have with the potential of illegal aliens bringing diseases such as TB, hepatitis, and other public health concerns across the border with them?
What steps do you think our government could take to address this problem?
What agencies would you consider using to assist with your recommendations?
Create a 1-2 page APA formatted paper, including a title page with your name, Introduction, body, and Conclusion. Your paper should be double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, and include a title page, in-text citations, and a reference page. The title and reference pages do not count toward the 1-page minimum.
