Fundraiser Presentation
Create a PowerPoint presentation outlining an upcoming, real-world fundraising event. You can
decide on the cause, organization, and event, but you will need to research the fundraising
event you choose in order to complete the exam.
When you have found a suitable event, create a promotional PowerPoint presentation that
contains at least 10 slides, utilizes a Design Theme, Theme Color, and Theme font, and meets
the additional criteria listed below.
First Three Slides
Make sure the first three slides appear in this order:
1. On the title slide, include the name of the event and a logo. Create the logo using
AutoShapes (even if a logo for this event already exists).
2. On the second slide, introduce the event and the cause using clear formatting and layout.
3. On the third slide, outline the agenda for your presentation.
Remaining Slides
With the exception of the last slide, the following required components can appear in any order
that you deem appropriate:
1. Detail how the money will be used
2. Include the date, time, and place of the event.
3. State whom to contact for further questions.
4. Insert and format at least three Clip Art images appropriate to the presentation.
5. Insert and format a SmartArt Organizational Chart.
6. Insert and format a SmartArt Diagram.
7. Include a hyperlink to the event (or organization hosting the event).
8. Include a Screen Clipping into the presentation.
9. Add transitions and sound to the presentation.
10. Add animation to an object or text.
11. Conclude with a summary slide.
Submitting the Presentation
When you are finished, save your presentation as PowerPointExam and submit it in the Unit 4:
PowerPoint Exam area in Blackboard.
