Write a 4-page paper about what YOU think will be the single greatest challenge for the nursing
profession in the next 10 years. There is no right or wrong opinion, only your thoughtful,
researched, well-written opinion as you enter the profession. Research your ideas. Then explain
(don’t just state) them further in the body of the paper. You may use the first person in this paper,
but APA style and format is mandatory. Include a minimum of 3 references. Use good grammar,
punctuation, and syntax. If English is not your native language, have an editor assist you with

Write a 4 page typed APA-style paper about what YOU think is the single greatest
challenge for the nursing profession during the next 10 years. Be creative!!! There
are no right or wrong answers, only your thoughtful opinions and ideas as you begin
entering into the Profession of Nursing.
Paper Length: 4 pages of subject; plus a separate page for References.
Research your thoughts and ideas and explain them clearly. Research, and then
explain (do not just “state”) them further in the body of the paper. It is okay to write
in the first person in this paper; however APA Style and formatting is required.
Include a minimum of 3 separate references. Even though first-person writing is
okay for this paper, you must employ good grammar, punctuation and syntax in the
writing. If English is not your first language, consider having an editor check and/or
proofread your final paper before submission.
Note: the Final APA Research Paper and the Final Ppt. Presentation must be on the
same topic. So after you write the paper, you will then create a PowerPoint
presentation on that same subject.
