Concordia University Portland Essentials of Organization Assessment Planning Paper PROJECT PRESENTATION

Throughout the last six weeks, you worked on your project plan to design an assessment program for your organization. Below are the components of the project plan that you completed and need to incorporate in your Project Presentation:

In Week 2, you identified the various assessments and created an assessment matrix. In Week 3, you started a Project Plan to create an assessment program for your organization. In Week 4, you discussed different strategies to support test facilitators and stakeholders in your organization as they prepare for assessment. In Week 5, you further developed your Project Plan and assessment by exploring the historical context of your organization. In Week 6, you developed Learning Contracts that will seek to hold individuals accountable. And this week you reflected on a scenario based upon assessment.

Use your assignments, research, and what you have learned in this course to design a Project Presentation. Connect your presentation to your overall project plan and make it relevant to you and/or your organization. Include the following in your presentation

State your intended audience, topic, and purpose of your presentation
Create handouts (such as worksheets, informational pages or presentation handouts) that you would use to support the presentation.
Plan for your presentation time to be about 60 minutes and include the following:
Introduction to your topic
Ask and answer pre-presentation questions
Presentation slides, infographic, or some sort of visual aid. Include all the components of the project plan
Group activity to engage your audience about the topic or process
Reflection and brainstorming
Final questions

Support your statements with evidence from the Required Studies, other research, and experiences. Cite and reference your sources in APA style.
