to focus on / research. I have highlighted mine and placed my initials at the end, please do the
same. Because there are 9 pf us, each of us should choose one of the topics ( listed as 1-5) as
well as the bulleted “topics to consider” at the bottom of the document ( there are 3). Another
team member can be in charge of compiling the paper together into a presentation.
Each of us needs to write at least one page towards the presentation since it has to be 8-12 pages.
Also, please keep a list of your references since we will all have to compile them together as one
big reference page. Also we should set a due date timeline if needed and this is just my idea,
none of this is set in stone and we can discuss any changes or different plans, I’m open, I just

You lead a multi-disciplinary team that deals with compliance issues for GoodHealth, Inc., a
large healthcare provider that owns four hospitals. Your team did some investigating, including
internal audits and confidential interviews, and they found the following:
(1) One of the facilities rents imaging equipment from staff radiologists and that equipment is
located in the radiologists’ private, off campus office; – ET
(2) medical staff have been offered bonuses for increasing admissions and referrals. -MS
(3) there are medical coding errors going five years back that represent millions of dollars of

OIG. The team must prepare a paper and presentation for the CEO. The CEO will submit a
