you copy something word-for-word. This should only apply to the primary sources that you
use. If you are using information from lectures or American Yawp, I want you to paraphrase/put
textbook and lecture information into YOUR OWN WORDS. The only direct quotes you
should pull from American Yawp are specific information (statistics or events not covered in
class). Examples:
