I’m stuck on a English question and need an explanation.

Rewrite the corrected sentences.
- Fixing grammar in sentences is way hard.
- Because he had been poisoned I took my dog to the vet.
- We have a workshop for Essay 1 this week and next week the final draft is due.

- I can’t believe that Halloween may be cancelled due to Covid.
- In our discussion boards, more students preferred dogs but there were some cat fans.
- After we finish fall semester we should have a party.
- Some people like English some people like math.
- Everyone needs to submit their work to do well in the class.
- At the end of one of the Modules, Kim said “It’s raining extra credit”.
- I am going to bed because I am tired.

- I love the quote by Burke but it is considered sexist today.
- Kim who is an English teacher created this journal.
- Number fifteen is the last sentence therefore the students are happy.
