For each task, rate (a) the level of task challenge (1:lowest; 10: highest) and (b) the level of skills that you have to perform that particular task (1:lowest; 10: highest). Based on the flow chart on lecture slide page 17, label your mental state for each of the 6 tasks, using (a) and (b) ratings for that task.

You will need to do the following:

1) In your initial post, reflect on the result of your ratings and mental state for each of the 6 tasks. For example, note the most frequent rating and/or mental state. Do you notice any pattern?
