1- How do British double dealings during World War I continue to affect politics within the region today? Identify and dissect one or two ways in which British double dealings influence politics today. You may examine the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians, or think through some of the implications of carving up the Middle East between Britain and France. Did denying self-determination in the region pave the path for Arab nationalism?
