1. Based on the notes you took during this workshop, list 2-3 important concepts you learned about identifying unreliable information and techniques on evaluating sources for credibility.
2. Reflect on your thoughts about the credibility of media news before you took this workshop, and now after you’ve completed it. Do you feel more confident that you can detect “fake news” in media sources? What clues will you look for in news and media sources moving forward to verify that the information shared is reliable?

Important Concepts

1. Ask yourself who created this information(1) and what were the authors motives(2), check if there’s citations and without citation you don’t know if its a fact or a authors interpretations(3), serving domains and pertain fake news such as eu,sn, wikkipedia etc..
