I’m stuck on a Psychology question and need an explanation.

DQ1:Identify at least two industries or organizations in your community or state that have incorporated mediation as a requirement in conflict resolution and describe their mediation process. Why did these industries choose mediation and what does the process require the parties to do?

Through the readings, the student should obtain ideas on what types of organizations have adopted a mediation approach (mediate.com will provide ideas, the articles tell one that our governments have adopted mediation, many court systems rely on mediation and a general awareness of current events will give the student ideas).

DQ2: Examine a current national or international conflict and identify areas where conflict resolution is being applied between countries, businesses, or in interpersonal interactions. Briefly describe the conflict you have chosen, identify the parties involved in the dispute and the influence their leadership or position has on the parties engaged in the process.
