4 page Tourism research paper about How to reboot tourism in Istanbul
I’m working on a History question and need guidance to help me study.
It is not an exaggeration to state that global tourism is at a turning point. Nearly all global travel and the jobs that rely on it, is suspended. For your final paper, use the information we have learned in class to write a report to your hometown (or an imagined hometown if you want) on what it should consider before rebooting its tourism economy.
If you want to conduct outside research to support your argument (primary sources, reputable news articles, government statistics, etc.), that is fine. However, our class reading has provided you with more than enough sources to create an argument and there will be no negative affect on your grade if you choose to draw upon those sources.
In writing your essay, consider what type of tourism development would work best in your community’s future. What are potential benefits? What are potential risks or negative consequences? Should tourism be abandoned as a source of development? What lessons can we learn from the historical case studies we have analyzed?
I will give you the necessary attachment (in class article) to use as one of the sources.
