In this assignment, you will review and analyze the results of two EHR reports.
Part One

Access two reports generated from a hospital EHR as linked here:

ADT Selections Report Frequency of Interactions Report

Open the ADT Selections Report.

How many patients are listed on the report?
What admit date is listed at the top of the report?
What field name (column heading) is the report sorted by? This means, what does the report seem to be in a particular order by?

Open the Frequency of Intervention Actions report. Answer the following questions about it:

What field name (column heading) is the report sorted by? This means, what does the report seem to be in a particular order by?
What two interventions are listed under G18.5 Compliance with safety precaution?
How was S69.0 Edema Control monitored, according to this report?

Now, access the Interventions by Type of Action Report

Answer the following questions:

What is the total number of interventions for this report? (not # of types)
What percentage of interventions are of the Perform type?
How many interventions are of the Assess type? Hint: If you are not asked for a percentage, don t answer with a percentage!

Part Two
In the same Word document, now write an essay on the following (10 points):

Why do you think it is important to have the ability to retrieve data from a database that represents various study topics?
What do you think a report like the one you just generated could be used for?
Comment on how issues with data integrity would affect developing usable reports. Data integrity deals with the consistency, reliability, and accuracy of the data that have been entered.
