Improve a memo with professor’s comments
I’m trying to study for my English course and I need some help to understand this question.
Pay attention to the required format. The memo from iNova is an example of how to format this memo.
Lead with the main point. Put the recommendations in the summary section.
Include examples of other companies that have had success with the methods you re recommending.
Provide examples of other companies that are using these techniques to improve diversity.
Each recommendation should be a specific action. Focus on one idea and develop it instead of listing a number of possible solutions with little discussion.
The memo does not need to describe in detail why diversity is important. That was established in the memo that you are replying to. Focus on how to improve diversity, not why.
You should not include a lengthy discussion of your sources. Integrate the source material into the body of the memo to support your recommendations.
