Assignment 6: WRITING THE DISCUSSION SECTION AND CREATING A TABLE AND FIGURE IN APA FORMAT

1. Restate the expected results and discuss how this informs the literature and why the research is important

REVIEW

The Discussion section should start with a paragraph that discuss the expected findings of the research project. After, the discussion section should discuss how your research informs the research you reviewed in the Introduction and contributes to the literature on your research topic. You will next want to explain why this research is important. Next, objectively critique your own research. Report flaws or limitations of the research you plan on running. Finally, propose a direction that you might take for future research. This should focus on theoretical rather than the methodological issues you discuss in the previous paragraph. In other words, you cannot say that future research will address the limitations.

ASSIGNMENT

1. Write a three-four page (double-spaced) minimum Discussion section incorporating your expected results, how it relates to previous research, why this research is important, at least two limitations, and at least two future directions (not addressing the limitations).
2. Abstract of whole paper

Attached will be my introduction, conceptual model, results, and methods with their references.

Abstract should be about 120 words and yes, the discussion needs to be 3-4 pages.

Also, I do not need a table or graph created. Just Abstract and Discussion section
