Edit Diversity Memo Draft

I’m working on a English exercise and need support.

I have already finished the draft of diversity memo, and my professor gives me some feedback. Please according to the feedback, edit and improve my diversity memo. Below is my professor’s suggestion:

“Lead with the main point. Put the recommendations in the summary section. There is a lot of repetition in the text of the memo. This increases the word count without adding information. Pay attention to the required format. The memo from iNova is an example of how to format this memo. Make your memo specific to iNova’s situation and needs. Explicitly respond to the original memo. The memo does not need to describe in detail why diversity is important. That was established in the memo that you are replying to. Focus on how to improve diversity, not why. Use headings to organize content and make it easier for the reader to find information.”
