YOU MUST WRITE YOUR COMMERCIALS IN THE FORMAT (shown below) WITH THE APPROPRIATE HEADINGS. YOU MAY NOT USE ANY EXISTING PRODUCT, STORE, SERVICE, ETC.(i.e., Wal-Mart, Budweiser, Coke, etc) ANYWHERE IN YOUR SPOT.

THE SCRIPT FOR YOUR COMMERCIALS MUST BE TYPED.YOU MUST WRITE WHAT WE PLAN TO SEE IN YOUR SPOT (i.e., music, multiple voices, sound effects) AND MUST LIST THE NAME OF WHAT YOU ARE SELLING AT LEAST AT THE END OF THE COMMERCIAL, UNLIKE YOUR RADIO ASSIGNMENT WHERE YOU WERE WRITING FOR THE EAR AND HAD TO IDENTIFY WHAT YOU WERE SELLING AT LEAST THREE TIMES.

IN TV, YOU ARE WRITING FOR THE EYE, SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIST WHAT YOU’RE SELLING AT LEAST THREE TIMES.YOU MAY SAY THE NAME OF YOUR PRODUCT SEVERAL TIMES IF YOU WISH, BUT DEFINITELY AT THE END.
