In this assignment, you will complete an RFP. You should use all of the skills you have learned thus far in completing this group assignment. For example, you should be using Track Changes to edit your document as you work on it. You should also ensure to implement a proofreading plan for your document. Use the outline provided on pages 117-121 as a guide as you complete the RFP
YOU decide on a program that can and should be implemented in a government entity of your choice. Assume that I am the recipient of the RFP and to whom you will address the cover letter or memo. Complete all sections listed in your textbook.
Submit the completed document. I do not need to see proof of your use of Track Changes, but I expect you to implement such practices as you put together the RFP. The completed document should be between 10 and 12 pages and should include a minimum of 10 references that support a need for your program and/or lend to the discussion about the proposal. The reference page, title page, and appendixes are not included in your page count.
