READ 3315 Text Set

I need support with this Social Science question so I can learn better.

You will choose a topic related to a content area math and cultivate a pairing of texts (one informational, one literary, and one digital) for both K-2 and 3-6. You will also write a detailed plan of how you would use each of the texts to teach the topic and what literacy strategies you would incorporate in your teaching. The assignment must adhere to the following criteria:

• One topic that is related to a content area (science, math, social studies)
• Two sets of paired texts (one for K-2 and one for 3-6) that include multiple genres and modalities (informational, literary, digital)
• Corresponding TEKS for both the content area and literacy
• A synopsis, digital image, and analysis of each text chosen
• A detailed plan for integrating content area literacy strategies
