Paper #1 Title: IDENTITY THEFT- In this paper I want you to explore applicable Federal laws and Wisconsin State statutes concerning identity theft.
What is it?
What are the different forms it can take?
What are ALL of the relevant STATE statutes and FEDERAL crimes?
What are the elements of those crimes that make them identity theft?
Where do you report it?How would you investigate the report of identity theft?
What should a victim do when identity theft is discovered?How can you prevent identity theft?
Go in depth in your research and give a clear understanding of the topic.
Grading:
Your paper will be complete when you have responded to all of the below pointsin the assignment.
Your paper must be at least 5 pages of text. Follow APA6 rules including a titlepage, abstract page, running head, page numbers, in-text citations, and a reference page with properly formatted citations.
Your paper must answer the questions posed.
