You had a nice discussion on cultural diversity. You did well in discussing the cultural identifiers. However, you really didn’t discuss how understanding your own traits affect your perspective of cultural diversity in and outside the workplace. How does your own race, gender, class, etc., affect how you feel about cultural diversity issues in society and at work. What experiences have you had with your identifiers that have led to your perspective. A bit more information on this would have given you a stronger discussion. Otherwise, you did well.
