Can you help me understand this Social Science question?

1. In regard to the identified community problem “Homelessness”, What is the impact of this issue on the community? How is the community currently dealing with the issue? Are there currently supports in place regarding the issue (laws, organizations, etc.)?
2. In regard to the Community Assessment Windshield Survey video, discuss and identify at least two major key findings within the community of Marinette, Wisconsin. A few things to consider when having your discussion could be gender, age, jobs, housing, stores, libraries. Look at the statistics listed. Ask yourself what are some of the problems or potential problems.
