For this task, consider the assigned readings and resources for this week, and prepare a paper exploring the theories of moral development. In your own words, but supporting your answers with scholarly sources, address the following:
1. What is moral development?
2. Define Piaget’s heteronomous morality and autonomous morality and give an example illustrating each of the two.
3. Define Kohlberg’s conventional reasoning and post-conventional reasoning.  Then, give an example illustrating Stage 4: Social systems morality and an example illustrating Stage 6: Universal ethical principles.
4. Discuss the difference between Kohlberg’s justice perspective and Gilligan’s care perspective in moral development.
Support your work with a minimum of three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
