Paper One- Focus on the Caregiver
During Part 1 of your text, we focused on the caregiver. Your paper should clearly show your
ability to critically discuss and apply lessons from chapters 1-4. Explore the vignette and identify
the pedagogical framework, principles, goals, and examples to be used in this classroom
plan. This should be 2 to 3 pages long and have a cover page, abstract, and reference page, which
do not count towards the 2 to 3 pages. Use your text to properly reference all key terms and
ideas related to your plan. It should be in APA format, so see the guide uploaded under course
materials for assistance.
Vignette:
Christopher currently works as an aide in the toddler classroom at Johnson and Family’s
Learning Childcare Center. He wants to apply for the lead teacher position at the center, and on
top of the interview process, Christopher must submit a detailed caregiving and teaching plan
for the room. Help Christopher create this plan by choosing 3 principles (from the 10 presented
in ch.1 of your textbook) that will serve as his pedagogical framework in his lesson plan. Include
