internment. We have the Caucasian Americans who were firmly for the idea of detention; we have

Evaluation:

attitude off the general public towards the Japanese-American group or against the German and
Italian people in the US. Also, it outlines how World War II brings about the regular occurrence
of ancient undifferentiating hate patterns.
Evaluation:
The purpose of this article is to discuss further life in various regions of us where different
amounts of experiences are felt due to the presence of Japanese-American groups. Additionally, it
outlines how these experiences vary depending on each group, which include; JapaneseAmericans,
German refugees, and Italian Americans. The best audience for this article is the college students
who have different views concerning the discussed domestic groups. This article contains finer
details on the groups that I am studying for my research topic; that is why I selected it. The author
reveals how critically he has learned about the target groups and how he understands the issue of
internment. Moreover, this article guides me in understanding why the Japanese were treated

World War II. The primary purpose of this article is to examine how different American ethnic

treatment of these ethnic groups was not equal and goes ahead on providing various causes of such
therapies. Again, it outlines some of the restrictive procedures like controlling the movement of
the ethnic groups and restricting or limiting their entrance in some strategic locations. The authors
highlight various reasons for such treatments. The primary reason for these treatments was various
entrenched factors that greed over some time. The authors state that these treatments were caused
by human inhabitations, greed, and other stereotypes or accusations on these minority ethnic
groups. Again, this article further examines the settlement and contributions of these minority
groups in the US. The most crucial part is the discussion of these ethnic groups. The authors outline
how these groups received unfair treatment, with Japanese-Americans feeling the significant
impact of this kind of procedure. Although the groups felt the challenge of unfair treatment, the
authors are particular on the Japanese-American group, which explored the full detention as the
authors claim.
Evaluation:
Of all the articles I have selected, I find this more informative. The causes of unfair treatment on
the Japanese-American group are apparent in this document. This reading is essential and suitable
for anyone or any scholar willing to learn what happened to ethnic groups in the US during World
War II. This reason pushed me to chose this article for my research topic finds this great thesis
vital for my research topic. It provides well-outlined points concerning my matter of research.
Through reading this thesis, I understand better what the possible causes of the unfair treatment of
the three groups were and what made Japanese-Americans suffer most.

Wu designs this critical article by outlining the causes of Japanese mistreatment in the US. This
discussion is the primary purpose of this article. This article discusses the internment of
JapaneseAmerican during World War II (Wu 78). It further explains what happens after
JapaneseAmericans a distinct treatment of both Arab and Muslim-Americans in the US. This was
after the terrorist attack. It provides more details on what happened after what the Japanese went
through. I feel that all college students are the best audience for this article. It helps them in learning
what happened after the Japanese-American mistreatment. The issues of Muslims and Arabs in the
American setting are mentioned. We learn about the precedent terrorist attack, which results in
abuse within the American context. The Muslims and Arabs are not at peace, too, while in
American, they too experience unfair mistreatment in this state. Also, this article reveals that the
topic of internment is the most studied in American study areas or society. The author shows that
all people that advocated for detention during this critical period affected national security in
America. Also, it changed the opponents in a manner that appealed to civil rights.
Evaluation:
This article is essential for people will learn not only learn what the Japanese went through but
also what the results of their mistreatment were. This article is critical for my research topic for it
instills me with general knowledge concerning the issues that the Japanese went through.
Additionally, it provides bright illustrations and reasons for being mistreatment of other minority
groups such as Arabs and Muslims.

Entries sources are not in alphabetical order. The citations imply that the writer consulted the sources
directly rather than online which i don’t think is the case. The summaries are uneven in quality: the first and second are brief
with only one citation each, which seems a limited amount of information to get out of substantial articles. The third and fourth
summaries are more substantial, but still have only one citation. The evaluation paragraphs address valid points such as the
type of content or value to the researcher, but points are made without development.
