Give the history and attitude toward racial quotas in schools and colleges in the US, what do you think of imposing racial quotas certain sports should be considered? Why and why not? Use your textbooks or other credible sources to support your thoughts and opinions; cite specific references and examples using APA format.

(First, what does it mean to be diverse? Are we seeking diversity of thought, diversity of physical ability, or of race? Secondly, if you want to impose racial quotas, what percentage would be considered acceptable? Would each sport have the same quota percentage or would it be different?
