“To nourish the seeds of knowledge already planted within the hearts of the youth, which will grow into a beautiful and thriving tree, shading all cultures of our community, and eventually bear the fruits of a unified people. We believe in working, thinking, and planning to provide a stable and growing club and community.”

“We are Good Samaritans, guided by Catholic tradition and trusted to deliver ideal healthcare experiences.”

Are these effective company mission statements? Can you determine the types of organizations that produced them? Having an effective framework with which to define and guide future decisions and behavior is paramount when it comes to strategic planning and marketing. Mission statements provide the organization with direction and guidance. In this discussion you will differentiate between and closely analyze the values, vision, and mission statements of a particular health care organization.

Finally, propose changes to the values, vision, and mission statements that you feel would improve the health care organization’s performance.
