Students will write in an academic manner, drawing from the literature, on a real-life

workplace conflict. This exercise is intended to build skills in critical evaluation including the

ability to consider team climate and others’ perspectives when dealing with conflict as well

as increasing students’ understanding of the importance of evidence to managing

interpersonal workplace relations.
