I. In your marketing class, you have been asked to research the population of a state. You collect the data from 1900 to 2010 and input your data in Excel to analyze its pattern. Note: you will be assigned with a sate. For example: ABC population from 1900 to 2010 as follow:

Use Desmos.com to draw a scatter plot with data from 1900 to 2010. Input the years since 1900 as 0 and their populations in (100,000 unit) for your hometown population. (Note: the interval for the input of Year is 10 year apart) Develop a quadratic model based on the table above.
Use the quadratic model to find the average rate of change for the population from year 2000 to year 2010. Interpret and comment on your finding.
Use the quadratic model to find the exact rate of change for 2019 (input x value 119). Interpret and comment on your finding.
Use the quadratic model that you have found from part (1) to find the equation of the tangent line for year 2019 and draw the tangent line for year 2019.
Use the quadratic model and find the year when the population will double since year 1960.

Note: You should input and graph the quadratic function on a separate page on desmos.com. Your tangent line should intersect exact one point on the curve with the coordinate of x=119 for year 2019.
