The term net neutrality is the basic principle that can prohibit internet service
providers by speeding up and slowing down used applications. Later we need to
develop some television cables which can provide various channels to the
customers. According to the customer’s requirements and payment, the
procedure can be done. These activities can be provided by some providers such
as Comcast and Verizon. The net neutrality is the way so all the people from
anywhere based on that the internet has always worked. Without having the net
neutrality, the small size organization does not compete with the larger
organizations. Most of the people in the world have been owned millions of small
businesses to their productivity (Crowcroft, 2007).
In general terms, net neutrality means that the internet is considered to be equal
for all the sites such as Google or a website. Based on the customer’s requirement
that is not yet known outside of the actual developers. However, net neutrality is
one of the basic principles in order to prohibit some of the service providers such
as internet service providers. In that, some of the applications may involve in
order to the usage of the end user. It can be one of the methods on that it
basically should have special treatment on the internet just because they were
influential (Guo, 2010).

one of the most deeply affecting all internet users. In this article, we are learning

Net neutrality is a type of open network where everyone can use the network and
access for the different apps and sites and use the services in the equal manner.
In all four articles there are same information about the meaning of net neutrality
and they have given the details in usage of net neutrality, how it is used and how
it is performed in the business. There are information of the evolution of the net
neutrality in the earlier stages, where the customers used to connect the internet
by attaching the modem to a telephone jack to access the internet (Kan,
Stephanie). And the net neutrality is focused on how every people can access to
the open internet network for doing the business, as this provides the security for
the user without any harm of using the websites (Vickie S Cook) and also the open
internet policies have the negative effect on the innovation and development of
the application which is connected to the start-up business. And this net
neutrality is used in different sectors like education, hospital, and in business
organization here the internet is used with unlimited access. The net neutrality
gets engaged in the content based discrimination when the internet service
providers manipulate the flow of information by charging excessive fees or
creating the traffic in network as this this slows down in transferring the file or
other information (Lamparello, Adam). The net neutrality restrictions is no more
now, as the ISPs can offer the website which is more faster and reliable in the
delivery of its content in the exchange for the fee, here the broadband providers
can transmission the speed and also can block the sites if they find offensive, and
this can be open up the political or public pressure (Thurn, Ted).
Net neutrality will affect the data networks and the availability of the information
to the business because this is used by many public persons and not all people
use the internet in the same way as they transfer the data in different amount
and this can create the flow of traffic on their systems and this slower the
download and transferring speeds and this can make the internet cost expensive
for the small sized business as they cannot afford the cost of using the internet
and its security measures, so the large sized business by paying expensive cost
uses the ISPs as they find this as the secure connection and faster service for the
business.
The use of net neutrality in the IT business allows the ISPs to make the fair
competence in the market place and allows the business to grow in the market
place, net neutrality is must for the business but here the large sized business can
afford the cost for the best speed, the small sized business cannot afford the cost
and are forced to use the slower speeds network.
