You will deliver a presentation based on a reflection of your own teaching practice and the journey you have travelled throughout the PGCE/Cert Ed. The presentation should include reference to, and reflection upon, your own professional development and be related to your roles and responsibilities as a teacher in the Further Education and Skills Sector. You should reflect on your teaching and assessment practices in relation to quality assurance and quality improvement processes and consider how these have helped improve your practice in terms of creating a critical dialogue and demonstrating how and where you have developed as a practitioner. You will be required to reflect upon and comment on observations of peers’ or colleagues’ teaching practices in relation to your own.
