My Educational Background: Graduated from the University of Florida with a 3.71 GPA with an Information Systems bachelor’s degree. Took many business classes including finance, economics, marketing, and IT. Was a well-rounded student that understood the technical IT matters but also business as a whole. Participated in many extracurricular activities the group ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting).
How MBA Program will help me?: The University of Florida MBA program will expose me to other areas of business and make me an even more well rounded professional. I understand cybersecurity very well since I have 8 years of working experience in that field, including certification like Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), but I would like to start a business and get a more well rounded experience in all areas of business.
